Your role & impact:
Tactile Games is currently growing its technology capabilities. Tactile Games is looking for a Technical Artist to help shape the future of content creation and production workflows across its games.
The impact you will have on the team's success is that you will act as the bridge between art and engineering. You will help Tactile Games build scalable tools, pipelines, and workflows that enable its teams to create high-quality content faster and more efficiently. You will play a key role in exploring and implementing AI-assisted solutions, improving its asset creation processes, and ensuring its games continue to meet the technical and visual standards its players expect.
This role is based on-site in Tactile Games' beautiful Copenhagen office. Tactile Games offers full relocation support to those coming from outside of Denmark.
Okay, let's get a little bit more specific. Here is what you will be doing on the day-to-day as a Senior Technical Artist:
- Supporting artists and engineers by developing tools and workflows that improve content creation and integration
- Working with Unity and Blender to ensure assets are efficiently prepared and optimized for Tactile Games' games
- Exploring AI-assisted workflows and helping identify opportunities to improve production efficiency
- Helping establish best practices for asset creation and technical workflows
- Staying up to date with emerging technologies and sharing learnings with the team
What Tactile Games is looking for:
- Around 2 years of experience working as a Technical Artist, Technical Designer, or in a similar role within game development
- Experience working with Unity and a solid understanding of game asset pipelines
- Experience with Blender and 3D content workflows
