Kvalifikationer

- Du er struktureret og har et stort drive for salg
- Du er lærenem og har en høj arbejdsmoral

Are you service-minded, flexible, and motivated by sales and shop operations? Then you might be our new Shop Manager for Matinique at Salling Rødovre.
The role
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Matinique shop at Salling Rødovre
- Take responsibility for achieving the agreed sales targets
- Participate in buying for the shop
- Work closely with the Matinique Shop Managers at Salling Aarhus and Aalborg
- Ensure strong and dynamic collaboration with the Salling team in Rødovre
- Collaborate with Matinique HQ and the Danish Sales Team
It is important that you are service-minded, flexible and highly motivated by sales and shop operations.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience
- Experience within the fashion industry is an advantage
- A strong interest in fashion
- An outgoing personality and a passion for interacting with people
- Strong communication skills
- A structured approach and a strong drive to achieve sales results
- The ability to learn quickly and a strong work ethic
