To expand Arkitema's team within the private/commercial sector, Arkitema is looking for a Project Manager to join Arkitema's team. Arkitema works alongside Arkitema's customers on some of Denmark’s most complex projects, and Arkitema is thrilled to have contributed to projects such as Stejlepladsen and the new COWI head office.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Project Management – you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Ensuring project productivity, budget, and profitability.
- Setting clear direction, creating clarity, and facilitating effective collaboration.
- Assuming the role of mentor for new project managers.
- Ensuring good collaboration between the organization, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Providing leadership to all team members – including setting expectations, offering constructive feedback, and supporting the development of team members.

The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners, or customers. On top of that, you will have:
- Experience from leading large-scale projects, both residential and commercial.
- Thorough knowledge of Danish and English – written and spoken.
- An architectural background and a deep understanding of the architectural process – from initial sketches to execution.
- At least 15 years of experience within architecture and project execution.
