Role Purpose
This is a client-facing role, shaping and leading strategic Tech Ops and Manufacturing transformations for Capgemini Danmark A/S. The position is instrumental in enabling resilient, compliant, and future-ready Pharma operations within the Capgemini NCE SBU. It anchors Capgemini’s credibility in regulated manufacturing, quality, and supply chain environments. In this capacity, Capgemini Danmark A/S brings together capabilities from across Capgemini business lines and leverages the latest technologies, including Agentic AI.

Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry and/or Life Sciences consulting, with a focus in the domain scope.
- Proven track record in shaping and supporting large, complex, multi-year transformation deals.
- Strong Life Sciences domain credibility with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Experience translating business strategy into compelling solution visions and architectures.
- Deep expertise in AI and Agentic AI applications within the domain scope.
- Ability to engage credibly at the C-suite and senior executive level.
- Strong understanding of regulated environments and compliance expectations.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and shape solutions where no blueprint exists.
