In this role, your success will be measured by how effectively you convert leads into loyal clients while making a real impact on the lives of Lenus' coaches and their clients. You will play an essential part in Lenus' mission to inspire healthier lifestyles, all while growing within a supportive, high-energy team. Key Responsibilities
- Managing and closing leads on behalf of Lenus' coaches, contributing to their growth with new clients.
- Inspiring healthier lifestyles while advancing your professional development in sales.
- Maintaining a structured and organized workflow with a clear overview of your calendar and pipeline.
- Being a proactive partner to Lenus' coaches, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications
Lenus values diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:
- Fluency in Danish and confidence in English – both orally and in writing.
- A natural talent for sales, with experience in telemarketing, phone sales, or the fitness/sports/SaaS industry preferred.
- A driven mindset and a hunger to achieve great results.
- Strong persistence and resilience – you are not discouraged by setbacks.
- Exceptional self-management skills and the ability to structure your day effectively.
- A contagious energy and enthusiasm that inspires those around you.
