The work in your hands
- Welcome every guest with genuine warmth, personality, and professionalism throughout the night.
- Deliver seamless late check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and overnight guest support.
- Be the friendly face of the hotel after hours, handling guest requests and resolving any challenges with confidence.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment, completing overnight checks and ensuring the hotel is always guest ready.
- Share local knowledge and personalised recommendations to enhance every stay, no matter the time of day.
- Support lockeliving's public spaces, ensuring they remain clean, inviting, and aligned with lockeliving's brand standards.
- Work collaboratively across departments, supporting hotel operations and responding to the needs of lockeliving's guests throughout the night. Be a collaborative team player who brings energy, positivity, and a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support across different areas of hotel operations.
Your proven track
- At least 2 years of proven receptionist experience in a 3-star or higher hotel within Copenhagen.
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems, including POS platforms, with experience using Mews (PMS) being essential.
- Experience handling guest requests, reservations, and day-to-day operational tasks with confidence.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of any Nordic language is a strong advantage.
- Previous Food & Beverage experience is advantageous.
