Access EarlyPay is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join KFUMs Sociale Arbejde i Danmark's growing team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a specific area of the EarlyPay product. Working closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, you will identify market opportunities, customer needs, and business requirements to deliver innovative solutions that drive customer value and business growth.

What you will be doing:

• Defining and owning the product strategy and roadmap for a specific area of the EarlyPay product.
• Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and pain points.
• Translating customer needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Working closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Prioritising features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Monitoring product performance, gathering feedback, and iterating on products to continuously improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• Acting as a subject matter expert for your product area, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Your Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with financial services products or Fintech is a plus.
