Nordic Investment Opportunities A/S is growing its Fund Administration team in NIO Service Partners, the operational backbone of NIO Partners. Nordic Investment Opportunities A/S is looking for a structured, detail-oriented, and driven Fund Accountant to join its team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in the ongoing administration of a diverse portfolio of alternative investment funds and in the setup of new fund structures. All this will be done in close collaboration with a dedicated and experienced team.

About the role
You will be part of the ongoing administration of NIO Partners funds throughout the full fund lifecycle – from setup to wind-down. You are a fast learner who enjoys working independently, supporting your teammates and finding smart solutions to new challenges. You have a great understanding of bookkeeping and financials with a high degree of attention to detail.
Responsibilities include
- Booking and processing fund-related transactions in Nordic Investment Opportunities A/S's fund accounting system Allvue
- Assistance in the preparation of quarterly investor reporting
- Handle ongoing investor inquiries related to capital calls, quarterly reports and tax matters
- Optimize Nordic Investment Opportunities A/S's processes through automatization and AI
- Maintain and develop Nordic Investment Opportunities A/S's data quality and setup across its systems
- Be part of ongoing projects within the Fund Administration team
Qualifications include
- A degree within Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial accounting, preferably from a financial institution, investment company or accounting firm (Big Four).
- Experience with Fund Accounting (e.g., Allvue) is a plus
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken
- Curious and innovative mindset with a proactive approach
